Vedic Ayurveda Limited Objects :-
- To carry on in India or elsewhere the business of trading, managing and distribution in hospitality products.
- To carry on in India or elsewhere the business of hotel, restaurant, cafe, tavern, refreshment room and boarding and lodging house keepers, wine beers and aerated mineral and artificial water and other drinks, purveyors, dresses, clubs, baths, dressing rooms, laundries, grounds and places of amusement.
- To purchase, acquire, take on lease or in exchange or in any other lawful manner any area, land, building, structures and to turn the same into account, develop the same and dispose of or maintain the same and to build townships, markets or other buildings, residential and commercial, or conveniences thereon and to equip the same or part thereof with all or any amenities or conveniences.
- To construct, erect, build, repair, re-model, demolish, develop, improve, grade, curve, pave, macadamize, cement and maintain buildings, structures, houses, apartments, hospitals, schools, places of worship, highways, roads, paths, streets, sidewalks, courts, alleys and pavements, and to undertake similar construction, levelling or paving works, including acquisition and development of lands and rights connected therewith.
- To carry on the business of manufacturing, processing, formulating, packaging, repackaging, importing, exporting, buying, selling, distributing, marketing and dealing in all kinds of Ayurvedic, herbal, natural, organic, nutraceutical, healthcare, wellness, cosmetic, personal care and medicinal products, including medicines, supplements, oils, powders, extracts, skincare, haircare, hygiene and related products.
- To establish, operate, manage, maintain and run wellness centres, Ayurvedic clinics, therapy centres, spas, yoga and meditation centres, naturopathy centres, fitness centres, rehabilitation centres and healthcare facilities for providing Ayurvedic treatments, consultations, therapies, massages, wellness programmes, preventive healthcare and holistic healing services.
- To carry on business through physical stores, retail outlets, franchisees, distributors, agents, e-commerce platforms, online portals, mobile applications and digital platforms for the sale and promotion of products and services.
